At Jacques Narratives, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printify. That means each item is custom-created just for you!
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days
- U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location
- Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships
📦 Please note: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the print location.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item is damaged
- There is a print or production error
If there's an issue with your order, email us at support@jacquesnarratives.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund if your claim is approved.
Need to cancel? Orders may be canceled only within 1 hour of placing them.
