3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
When you place an order with Jacques Narratives, you're purchasing a custom product that is made to order. We partner with Printify, a third-party print-on-demand platform, to fulfill and ship your items.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed upon receipt and sent directly to Printify's production partners. Please note that production times may vary depending on the product type and demand, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days.
Payments:
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment gateways. Orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email, if available.
Billing Accuracy:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing information is accurate. Jacques Narratives reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect payment information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information on shipping, returns, and refunds. Shipping times may vary based on location, product availability, and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Jacques Narratives is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance for international orders.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information on returns and refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition. Some items (e.g. digital products, personalized items) may be non-refundable.
